Full Service RV Lots For Sale Moyie River East Kootenays Cranbrook BC Owl’s Nest RV Resort is a full service resort, nestled in the tall pines, along the spectacular Moyie River just 15 minutes south of Cranbrook, B.C. on Hwy 3/95. This resort accommodates holiday trailers, fifth wheels, motor homes, park models and resort model trailers. 
All RV lots have a paved parking pad with crushed gravel surrounding the parking pad. Many of the lots are treed and have shaded areas.
Owl’s Nest offers amenities that include a public restroom facility on site, fully equipped with men’s and women’s washrooms, showers, and a common laundry area for all lease holders to use. These services are included in the annual lease. We are happy to share our newly finished entertainment center that measures 100’ x 45’ and was developed for special events for our RV Resort community members. This spacious facility can be used by all of our members for special occasions and family get togethers. Individual RV lot sites are equipped with 30 amp service (which is not included in the lease). Each site has its own separate hydro meter. Billing for electricity is sent directly to you. Included in your Owl’s Nest RV Resort annual lease is treated well water, fresh out of the mountain water table. Each site has its own water supply that is regulated at 100 psi. The resort is equipped with a green friendly sewage treatment plant. All sites have sewer hook ups and this service is included in the annual lease. The Cranbrook area is fast becoming a much desired spot to work, play, retire or raise a family. There are several golf courses in this area. The mild winters have favourably more sunshine hours than any other areas of B.C., and make the Cranbrook area highly sought after. Owl’s Nest RV Resort is in a great location with Moyie Lake just minutes away. Kimberley is a short drive, and a lovely place to spend the day. For those of you wishing to travel a little further south, Bonners Ferry is within two hours and Coeur d'Alene is just three hours away.
